I have spent a lot of time looking for what still needs to be fixed.
Another weakness to strengthen.
Another area to improve.
Another standard to reach.
That mindset has helped me grow, but I am learning that growth also requires restraint.
Sometimes you have to stop searching for another problem and acknowledge the proof already in front of you.
I am showing up.
I am consistent.
I am still working on myself, still building, and still becoming who I said I would become.
But I am not starting from nothing.
I have experience now. I have lived through trials, tests, mistakes, recovery, responsibility, and change. I have gained wisdom that only comes from continuing when life gives you reasons not to.
There is still more for me to learn. There will always be more room to grow.
I am still tending to my garden.
But tending to it does not mean constantly digging everything back up to make sure the roots are growing.
Some things need attention.
Some things need patience.
Some things need to be trusted.
This season is teaching me to trust my decisions more. To move with confidence without needing constant reassurance. To accept that clarity does not always arrive before the step — it is often strengthened by taking it.
Discipline taught me how to keep going.
Responsibility taught me how to carry what belongs to me.
Growth taught me how to change.
Now restraint is teaching me when to leave good work alone and allow it to become what I built it to be.
I have plenty of proof.
I am learning to believe it.
Fragments continue.
