It’s Tuesday already.
Work was smooth. I’ve been in good spirits most of the day, with so much on my mind.
I’m looking forward to my session this evening. I moved my regular Monday session to today.
Off work, I get home, kick off my shoes, and spin up a few agents to start working on audits as I resume a paused project.
While that’s working, I relax a bit and get ready to switch gears for the gym in 45 minutes.
My reminder alarm goes off at 5:30 p.m. I’m out the door by 5:35 p.m., music in my ears, ready for today’s work.
PERFORMANCE | CONTROL: Deadlifts, squats, rows, farmer carries, and three rounds of Pallof press to end the day.
I felt great, though squats are not my favorite (smiles).
I got through them anyway.
After reading and analyzing my logs, I discovered three bugs.
That’s what I love about developing my own training app. When something isn’t right, I can investigate, find the disconnect, put together a plan, test a solution, and patch things up.
I think that by itself is why I love building.
I like finding and fixing. Debugging, researching, you name it.
I’m now writing this and winding down my night after just getting in from the gym.
It’s time to eat (smiles). Thank God for meal prep.
And thank You for continuing to check on me and read.
Wherever you are, I hope your day goes well, and if it’s late, have a good night.
