Day 11 : Testimony

I’ve already decided I will make it

The start of week 3 workouts and I’m feeling great. I’ve thought to myself over the weekend: I need to make time for reflection more.

I have accomplished so much and changed so much, I haven’t given myself time to absorb it all — relish, sit in it, and genuinely be happy. I have done more in the last 3 months than I’ve done all the rest of the year.

I have done things I used to procrastinate about. Now I build and ship daily. My discipline is improving — I can say it is solidified. My habits are improving — I can say I’m locked in. My self-talk and self-esteem have improved immensely. I really do feel new, and I’m glad the old Garry is passing on.

  • I am no longer a hearer of words but a doer. I do. I don’t complain, I don’t bicker. I’ve cut out noise. I like myself and I like being to myself. I have grown and will continue to do so.
  • I am focused. I am decisive. I do not flinch. I decide and I do. I act from decision, not emotion. I am consistent and I move with purpose. I am stronger both mentally and physically.
  • I think differently now. My beliefs have expanded. I enjoy life more. Things are working out for me. I put out what I want in my world and it has shown itself each and every day.

  • I’m healthier. I can say I’ve really done a 180 compared to where I started. I have scaled mountains and all this time just kept going, telling myself: “You need to be better and do better. No rest, keep going.”
  • “I’m okay. I’m enough. I work hard.”
  • I’m the person I put so much pressure on 3 months ago. I prayed and cried to my Heavenly Father for change…now I am changed.
  • I plan. Faith is my habit. I will win. I obey, I persist, I keep going. And no matter what, I will not give up. I will not quit. I will not fold because I’ve already decided I will make it.
