The fire: random back spasms.
The lesson: slow down.
I interpret it as life wants me to slow down. Take care of the small things. Because all things work together for the completeness of the whole.
Situations at work. People’s insecurities — I sense them. Even if they speak indirectly, it doesn’t change me. I won’t shrink to make others feel a way. I am me.
News came to me this past week. I don’t panic. I don’t react. I am calm, collected, level headed, and I will correct what I can.
I don’t worry about uncontrollable outcomes. The things I can take part in, I will.
After all, I am responsible.
I am not like I used to be, and I know this.
My self talk has changed. When all these things happened, I stayed positive. Optimistic. Grounded in facts. I do what I can with what I have.
And no matter what happens, I’m ready for the outcome.
I persevere. I overcome. Always.
Fragments continue.
